Please be aware that although we take the utmost care and respect of your rug, we cannot be responsible for poor quality manufacture or fatigued material that may cause any part of the rug to disintegrate whilst in the washing process.
The machines that we use have no internal projections that can 'snag' or rip the material. We only use high quality liquid soap developed by NIKWAX specifically for this process.
We will advise you prior to washing if your rug may be at risk but it is not always possible to identify failing material and seams if the rug is encrusted with dirt.
